1. Introduction & Corporate Identity

The website and platform www.agrinow.com (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Service") is owned and managed by the Single Member Private Company under the name AGRO-U SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, headquartered in the Municipality of Thessaloniki, at 78 Georgiou Papandreou St., P.C. 54645, with Tax Registration Number: 801627527 (F.A.E. Thessaloniki) and G.E.MI. No.: 160398606000, email: info@agrinow.com (hereinafter "agrinow", "the Company", "we", "us").

2. Terms of Use & Accounts

Use of the Platform is strictly and exclusively permitted to natural persons over the age of 18 with full legal capacity. Authentication via third-party accounts (e.g., Google) is provided. Users (Agricultural Businesses/Employers and Candidate Employees) are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their access credentials. Transferring or granting account access to third parties is prohibited.

3. Legal Nature of the Service & Disclaimer

The Company exclusively provides Information Society Services, acting strictly as a digital marketplace for networking. The Company explicitly declares that it does not constitute a Private Employment Agency (PEA) under the terms of the law. It does not mediate in the conclusion of employment contracts between Agricultural Businesses and Candidate Employees, nor does it receive any mediation fee. The Company is not a contracting party, employer, or guarantor in any employment contract. Wage/salary payments do not pass through the Platform.

4. Fees, Subscriptions & Payments

• For Employees: The Service is provided free of charge.
• For Employers:Posting job advertisements is free. Accessing Candidates' contact details and full application data requires a paid Subscription.
• Payments & No-Refund Policy:All payments are processed securely through a certified third-party provider (Stripe). Subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the candidates' database has been granted, as the digital service is considered immediately executed and consumed.

5. Lawful Employment, Safety & Immigration

• Prohibition of Undeclared Work: The use of the Platform for "unregistered/black labor" is strictly prohibited. The Employer bears sole responsibility for compliance with Greek Labor Law (issuance of "Ergosimo", ERGANI declarations, payment of wages).
• Right to Work (Permits/Visas):The Employer is exclusively responsible for verifying the Candidate's legal right to reside and work in Greece (legal documents, visa) and their professional suitability.
• Occupational Accidents: The Company bears absolutely no liability for occupational accidents, injuries, damages, or deaths that may occur during work resulting from connections made via the Platform.

6. Optional Identification (Verification via Persona)

Candidates may optionally verify their profile through the specialized Persona service. The "Verified User" badge indicates solely the completion of the verification process. In no case does the Company guarantee the absolute accuracy of profiles, criminal records, honesty, or the safety of any user.

7. Reviews & Prohibition of Circumvention

• Reviews: The Platform features a rating system. The Company reserves the absolute right to delete defamatory, false, or offensive reviews at its sole discretion.
• Circumvention Prohibition:Users are strictly prohibited from posting contact information (phone numbers, emails, links) in public job description fields or profiles to bypass the Platform's subscription model. Violation of this term constitutes a material breach of contract and leads to immediate and permanent account deletion without prior notice or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (including trademarks, texts, graphics, images, photos, and software) is the intellectual property of the Company. Any republication, reproduction, or retransmission of the content, in whole or in part, without the written permission of the Company is prohibited.

9. Offers & Discount Vouchers

The Company may provide discount codes. These are strictly personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to specific expiration dates announced at the time of issuance.

10. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company (agrinow), its officers, directors, and partners from any legal claim, fine, claim for damages, or legal costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of labor, social security, tax, or immigration laws, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and the Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• (a) Indirect or consequential damages, including explicitly the loss or destruction of crops, loss of income, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• (b) The conduct, professionalism, safety, or performance of Candidate Employees or Employers.
• (c) Inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information posted in advertisements or user profiles.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the application and execution of these terms that cannot be resolved amicably (e.g., through mediation) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.
