The Data Controller is the Single Member Private Company under the trade name AGRO-U SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, based in Thessaloniki, at Georgiou Papandreou 78, 54645, with T.I.N.: 801627527 (hereinafter "The Company" or "agrinow"). 2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on your role on the www.agrinow.com platform, we collect:

• Farmers / Employers: Full name, Email, Age, Telephone. Billing and payment details are processed directly and securely by our certified payment provider (Stripe). The Company does not store credit/debit card data.
• Employees / Candidates: Full name, Email, Age, Telephone, Residency address, as well as any documents or CVs you voluntarily upload.
• Verification Data (Optional KYC): If you choose to verify your profile, ID documents and biometrics (selfie) are collected. This data is processed directly by a third-party provider (Persona).
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device/browser details, and browsing data via Cookies. We use services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to monitor and improve user experience.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

• Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To create your account, provide the matchmaking service, and manage subscriptions.
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR):For the protection of the Company's legitimate interests, platform security, and fraud prevention.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For marketing information, non-essential cookies (analytics), and the optional verification (KYC) feature.
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): For tax and accounting compliance.

4. Data Sharing & Recipients

Your data is accessible to the employees of the Company. Furthermore, data is shared with:

• Other Users (Candidates or Employers), strictly to the extent necessary to facilitate your connection on the platform.
• External partners (Accountant, Legal Advisor, IT providers, payment processors like Stripe, and analytics tools).

No data is transferred to third parties for any commercial purpose not mentioned in this policy.

5. Optional Identity Verification (Persona)

The collection of identity documents and biometric data (selfies) is performed directly by the “Persona” platform (Persona Identities Inc.), which acts as a Data Processor. The Company (agrinow) does not store your physical ID files or biometric data on its servers. We only store the verification outcome (Pass/Fail) and basic extracted information.

6. Data Retention & Security

We store your data as long as your account is active and up to five (5) years from the transmitting of the data to the Company or your account deletion, to fulfill our legal/tax obligations. The platform is strictly for users over 18 years of age.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the:

• Right of access to your personal data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure of your personal data, without prejudice to the Company's legal obligations.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to withdraw your consent.
